Check in time 3-9pm Utah daylight time. If arriving after 8pm call ahead to make arrangements or your reservation may be cancelled. A late check in fee of $25 may be charged. House closes at 11pm.
Breakfast is served from 8am-10am. Last seating is 9:30am. Kitchen closes at 10am.

Deposit required:
A deposit of 50% of entire stay taken at time of reservation. 100% if for one night. We accept cash and travelers checks.
Cancellations:
Sugar Knoll B&B is a small family owned business and each of our guests are important to us. If your plans change please notify us seven days prior to your reservation for a refund. There will be a $25 cancellation fee.
If you must cancel with less than seven days notice check out early or shorten your stay, please understand the rooms have been blocked from other reservations and we can rebook your room(s) a full or partial refund will be made. A $25 cancellation fee applies.
Our home is a non smoking house. Smoking is allowed on the deck and by the fire on the lawn.
All rates and policies are subject to change and may vary during high occupancy periods and for some special requests.
